Terms of Purchase

 

Because we want you to have the most enjoyable experience with us at our workshops and events, please ensure that you have read and understood the terms of purchase with us below first:

Payment

Our workshops are known to be fun, joyful and a space to really explore and connect with yourself and others. So that we can all fully enjoy the experience on the day the total cost of the workshop must be paid in full on booking in order for us to hold a space for you.

Cancellation

If for any reason you are unable to attend as planned, please note the following terms with regards to cancelling your booking:

  • If you cancel within 4 weeks of the start of the workshop we will refund you the full amount minus the EventBrite fees, or put your payment towards another workshop for you on an available date that suits you better.
  • If you cancel within 3 weeks notice we’ll refund 50% of the workshop cost, minus the EventBrite fees.
  • If you cancel with 2 weeks notice (or less) unfortunately we will not be able to refund your payment. However you are welcome to give your place to a friend on consultation with us first.
